EPDM and NBR Rubber/Steel Flange Gaskets

According to EN1514-1 PSI rubber gaskets with vulcanized steel ensure secure centering and ideal sealing.
Gaskets are available in range DN15-DN1200 and for pressure classes PN6-PN40.
Advantages:

  • low torque, no need overtightening;
  • due to volatility of sealing material these gaskets fit to mis-matched flanges, enamel coating flanges or rough faced flanges, because the pressure is dispersed evenly.

Due to their profile they are a perfect alternative to O-ring gaskets.
NBR rubber gaskets are certified to seal DIN-DVGW gas pipeline; EPDM rubber gaskets comply with the D1/D2 drinking water standard.
