The oscillating and rotating sieve mill is used for the gentle milling and deagglomeration of heat-sensitive and difficult-to-process products, reaching finesses of down to 250 μm. The new concept allows for size calibration with even more advantages because of the variable rotor motion between oscillatory and rotary mode. Along with the uniform speed and application of force - the product is gently milled with a consistent particle-size distribution (low percentage of fines).
Both dry and wet products can be sized and homogenised, and agglomerates eliminated.
Depending on the product and the target particle size distribution, meshes with round wire, square wire, perforated plate or rasp can be used.
