Liquid and Gas Filters
BOLLFILTER filters are "in-line" industrial filters for cleaning liquids and gases from mechanical particles. Installed in series in the piping system. Installed in suction or discharge lines to protect system components such as pumps, bearings, heat exchangers, valves, or piping from contamination and sediment.
BOLLFILTER is divided into:
- Simplex – a filter with a single housing. Basic model, easy to clean, and compact.
- Duplex – a filter with two housings and a changeover valve. It enables continuous filtering and a large selection of different filter elements.
- automatic filters - continuous work process, a self-cleaning system with backwash.
For example:
- Water filters AquaBoll®, sizes DN50 - DN500, range of filtration levels 10µ - 5mm
- EngineBoll® automatic filters for cleaning engine oils and fuel oils, sizes DN50 - DN300, filtration stage range 1µ - 50µ
- Automatic filters for cleaning emulsions, sizes DN100 - DN400, filtration stages range 6µ - 150µ
- ...and others
The components of filter equipment depend on the type of filter and also on the place of use.
The choice of housing materials includes cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
Filter elements are generally made of stainless steel - basket elements, cassette elements, candle elements, folded elements, etc. Various products are used, such as steel mesh, perforated plate, etc. Paper, fiberglass, and plastic are also materials for cassette elements.
Rubber seals, pressure difference indicators, and control panels are often components of filter equipment.
